Great way to end our business trip. Spotless hotel and excellent service. Fresh food for breakfast in the café. Modern & neat unit with bathrooms, beer plus pretty decorations. Marvellous and fantastic setting, not far from supermarkets and several metro stations and the RER. Also, in the center of everything.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options and the staff was accommodating. The location was very convenient, with major tourist attractions within walking distance. the shopping centers were just around the corner. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was polite and friendly.
The entrance process was complicated. There was not a reception where we could check-in and get assistance, and we had to manage with codes to enter the hotel and our room.

My recent stay near the Opera House was nothing short of amazing. the location was unbeatable, with everything from the big, name shops to cozy cafes lining the streets. the metro station was just a stone's throw away too. the room was clean, well, decorated, and equipped with everything we needed, from air conditioning to Wi. the daily housekeeping and attentive staff made the stay extra comfortable and pleasant. the continental breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
It was a bit difficult to access the property as there was no reception and we had to obtain codes to enter the building in advance.

Great Breakfast and Helpfulness We spent our Easter holiday in a hotel that offered a fantastic breakfast with a wide range of options. the staff was always eager to assist and available around the clock. the location was perfect as it was near key local areas of interest. the room was kept clean and the toiletries were restocked daily which was an added advantage.
Noisy Romms and Maintenance Issue the rooms were quite noisy due to the thin walls. We could hear the guests next door moving around and this disturbed our sleep every night.

I had a great time staying at 1Er Etage Opera during my recent visit to Paris. The location was incredibly convenient, being close to Galeries Lafayette and having a bonus card for it. The breakfast at the hotel was very special, with delicious food and excellent service. One unique feature was the pin code trip, which added a fun adventure element to my stay. The room itself was extremely clean and high-quality, giving it a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was also a standout, with a natural approach that made me feel well-cared for. a fantastic experience that I am grateful for.
I would recommend this hotel.
